At a high level, our renovation included:

• Added 2 car attached garage

• Upgraded to 200 Amp service

• Moved kitchen

• Expanded the house, incorporating the old garage and deck

• Added larger deck

• Re-finish sun porch

• Re-insulated exterior walls and expanded them to 6" walls

• Added 4th bedroom

• Moved basement stairs

• Added 2nd bathroom

• Expanded storage in basement

• Upgraded heating/cooling

• Replaced old wiring

• New roof
